My deepest sympathy to your family. Being that my father died so young, I didn't know a lot of his cousins besides from our Adrian family reunions so many years ago. I got to know Butch from the short time he was at the veterans home and I enjoyed all our time together. There was so much about him that reminded me of my dad and uncles. I went and visited him Thursday night at the hospital and although he could not respond, I talked to him and I swear he heard me. I will always think of him whenever I feed birds. Again...my deepest sympathy.

To my favorite uncle: Thank you for all the memories from our childhood and beyond. You were always there to bring a smile to our faces – joking, teasing, taking home movies, bringing us to the Westclox Christmas parties to see Santa. Your heart was as big as your smile, and I will cherish you always.
