Terri S. (Fassett) Jacobson

Terri S. Jacobson, 58, of La Salle, passed away December 27, 2021 in St. Margaret’s Health in Peru.

Cremation rites have been accorded. Memorial services will be 11:00 AM Monday in the Zion United Church of Christ in Peru with Rev. Alex Garncarz officiating.  Visitation will be in the church on Monday from 9:00 AM until time of services.  Burial will be private in Oakwood Cemetery in Ottawa.  The Hurst Funeral Home in La Salle is entrusted with Terri’s funeral arrangements.

Terri was born in Ottawa on February 11, 1963 to Hank and Ellen (Haff) Fassett.  She married David Jacobson at 1St Methodist Church of Ottawa on January 4, 2003.

She was a bookkeeper at Zukowski Law Office in Peru since 2006.

Terri was a member of Zion United Church of Peru.  She enjoyed crafts, being with her friends and church family.  She loved watching her son Matt bowl.

Terri is survived by her husband Dave of La Salle and her son Matt (Catherine Saddler) Jacobson of La Salle.  She was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents.
