Taylor Catherine Shull, 33, of Spokane, Washington died suddenly on December 19, 2022.
Taylor was born in Washington, Iowa on January 20, 1989 to David and Susan (Hebel) Shull. She grew up in Ainsworth, Iowa until 1998, when her family moved to St. Charles, Illinois. Taylor graduated from St. Charles East High School in 2007. She had been living in Spokane for the past 7 years. Taylor was a nursing student at Spokane Community College. She just completed her semester finals and was on track to graduate in March of 2023.
Taylor enjoyed discovering new music, taking pictures, caring for her plants, finding new stationery and being with her friends.
She is survived by her father, Dave Shull of St. Charles, her sister, Aly M Shull of Chicago, her brother Ryan Maxwell of Rio Rancho, New Mexico, and her brother Josh Maxwell of Phoenix. She is also survived by her Aunts, Allison Rooney of LaSalle and Nancy Way of Milton, Florida, Her Uncles Dan Hebel of Princeton, Christopher Hebel of Port Byron, IL, Martin Hebel of Makanda, IL and Paul Hebel of Peru. Taylor is survived by 14 first cousins and many other relatives.
Taylor was preceded in death by her Mother, Susan Shull, on November 12, 2006. Her Uncle William J Hebel on September 19, 2011, Her maternal grandparents, Bill and Marlene Hebel,her cousin, Katie Rooney, and her beloved dog, Calvin.
A Celebration of Life will be held in Spokane, WA on December 29, 2022 and a memorial service in St. Charles, IL on January 20, 2022, which would have been Taylor’s 34th birthday.
