Tammy Lynn (Williams) Ragland

Tammy Lynn (Williams) Ragland, 60, of La Salle passed away peacefully in her home on September 18, 2023. 

Celebration of Life will be 5-7:00 PM Thursday at the Hurst Funeral Home in La Salle.

Tammy was born in Hammond, IN on September 18, 1963 to Nancy Williams Wise and Robert Williams. Tammy loved to play video games, spend time with her grandchildren, and watch TV series. She was an avid KISS fan. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, and daughter. She was a tax manager who loved her job.

Tammy is survived by her husband Marcus Ragland of Chicago; her father Robert (Peggy) Williams of KY; four children Amber McCellan of FL, Brandon McCellan of FL, Christopher Williams of IL, and Jessica Williams of IL; stepchildren Marquis Ragland, Marcus Ragland, Makaylah Ragland, Gwendolyn Ragland; two sisters Kimberly Rex of IN and Michelle (Jerry) Stafford of TN; one brother Robert (Alissa) Williams of IN; grandchildren and great-grandchildren Donovan Matos, Jolisa Adams, JoeWuan Adams, Angel and Elizabeth Sayers, Cameron McClellan, Chason Fuller, and Landon Billsland; several cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her mother Nancy, her stepfather William "Bill" Wise, who helped raise her, and stepson Michael Ragland.
