Ronada K. Bekeleski

Ronada K. Bekeleski, 62, of Spring Valley passed away peacefully surrounded by family at Goldwater Care in Spring Valley on February 16, 2025 after a long battle with multiple sclerosis.

A private Mass of Christian burial will be at St. Joseph’s Church in Peru with Rev. J.A. Small officiating. Burial will be at St. Joseph’s Cemetery. the Hurst Funeral Home in La Salle has been entrusted with her arrangements.

Ronada was born in Peru on July 20, 1962 to Roland and Charlene (Corpus) Bekeleski. She graduated from St. Bede Academy in 1980. She attended Illinois Valley Community College. Ronada worked at Bek’s Steak and Stein and then Denler’s Food Center. She also enjoyed playing cards with her family.

Ronada is survived by her mother Charlene of Peru; one brother Shawn Bekeleski of Spring Valley; three sisters Carmen (Ron) Ator of Mesquite, NV, Cindy (Lin) Denler of La Salle, Rena (Jeff) Foster of Peru; many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father on April 11, 2021 and a nephew, Andy Hurst.
