Robert C. "Bob" Ganze

Robert C. “Bob” Ganze, 66, of Tonica, passed away peacefully at home on July 3, 2021, surrounded by his family.

Cremation rites have been accorded. There will be no services. The Hurst Funeral Home in Tonica has been entrusted with his arrangements.

Bob was born in Spring Valley on July 15, 1954 to Anthony and Kathryn (Stuckert) Ganze Sr. He married Ann Bastian in 1974. He retired as an electrician at Sundstrand where he worked for over 35 years. He then worked for the Strough Group in Peru and was the Peru Operations Manager at the Peru Mall. Bob was a "Jack of all trades". He was an avid Chicago Bears and John Deere fan. He enjoyed target shooting and working in his yard.

Bob is survived by two daughters; Katie (Shayne) Skinner of Mark and Amanda (Dan) Maher of Mendota, his significant other of 14 years; Cathie Angelico of Tonica, and one brother; Tony (Teresa) Ganze of Napa Valley, CA.

He was preceded in death by his parents, step-father; Bill Tieman and a step-mother; Gloria Ganze and one sister; Judith Hook.
