Ralph J. Brownlee

Ralph J. Brownlee, 76, of Creve Coeur, passed away peacefully on October 4, 2024 surrounded by family at Illinois Veterans Home at La Salle.

Cremation has been accorded. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. The Hurst Funeral Home in La Salle has been entrusted with his arrangements.

Mr. Brownlee was born in Harrisburg, AR on May 23, 1948 to Lee R. and Yvonne F. (Golden) Brownlee. He served with the United States Army from 1967 to 1970. He married Mary A. Driskell on March 24, 2006.  Mr. Brownlee worked for Prudential Insurance as an agent.

Mr. Brownlee is survived by his wife Mary of Creve Coeur, daughter Angela (Eric) Beirne of Belfair, WA, one sister Donna Byrd of Puyallup, WA, and brother Randy Railey of Lostant.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Sandy Cox.
