Naida Abbott Obituary
Naida Abbott, 87, of Peru, passed away peacefully on November 25, 2020 with her son Rick by her side in Manor Court of Peru.
Cremation rites have accorded and there will not be services. The Hurst Funeral Home in La Salle is assisting her family.
Mrs. Abbott was born on January 20, 1933 to Helen Winterbottom. She married Donald E. Abbott. She retired from Go-Dan Industries in Peru.
Mrs. Abbott enjoyed her lunches with her close circle of friends.
She is survived by three children, Roger (Gayle) Abbott of Mesa, AZ., Nancy Lowery of Santa Barbara, CA., and Richard “Rick” (Rosanne) Abbott of Peru; eleven grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren and one sister Rosemary Buckley of Oglesby.
She was preceded in death by her husband in 1978, a daughter Donna Jean Abbott in 1967 and a brother Jacob Weger.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the charity of the donor’s choice in Naida’s name.
