Obituary
Kathleen Becker, 77, of Spring Valley, passed away in her home on Thursday January 26, 2023.
Cremation rites have been accorded. Memorial mass will be 11:00 AM Saturday, February 18, at Nativity of Our Lord Parish in Spring Valley with Rev. Paul Carlson officiating. The Hurst Funeral Home in La Salle is assisting the family with arrangements.
Mrs. Becker was born in Peru on January 8, 1946 to Hyacinth and Helen (Pienta) Konieczki. She married Ken Becker on May 2, 1964. She enjoyed traveling. She and Ken have traveled during winters to San Benito, TX for the past 20 years.
Mrs. Becker is survived by her husband Ken of Spring Valley; one daughter Karen Torri of Spring Valley; one son Kris Becker of Peru; three grandchildren Bailey (Drake) Martin of AR, Nick Becker of Peru, and Doug Becker of Peru; and one great granddaughter Evelyn Lucille Martin.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister Barbara Edgcomb, and daughter-in-law Angela Becker.
