Hopelynn Faith Engel was born sleeping and arrived in Heaven on October 1, 2024 at OSF St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Ottawa.
Private funeral services will be conducted by Pastor Cameron Graper at the Hurst Funeral Home in La Salle.
Hopelynn was born to Jared and Jennifer (Matthews) Engel of Seatonville.
She is survived by her parents; sister Macey Engel; brother Gideon Engel; paternal grandmother Ellen Engel; maternal grandparents Gary (Tammy) Matthews and Lisa Hooper; great grandfather Galen (Beth) Hooper; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather Tim Engel and many other loved ones.
