Edward C. Tobin

Edward C. Tobin, 75, of Minooka, passed away January 7, 2023 in the Illinois Veteran’s Home in La Salle.

Cremation rites have been accorded.  A Celebration of Life will be at a later date.  The Hurst Funeral Home in La Salle is handling Mr. Tobin funeral arrangements.

Edward was born in Fayettville, NC on May 16, 1947 to Edward Gregory and Alice (White) Tobin.  He served with the United States Marines.

He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, flying gliders, and fixing things around the house and his property.  He was a member of the Q B’s.

Ed is survived by two daughters, Megan (Jeffrey) LaCoursiere of Naperville and Katelyn (Dan) Arnzen of Eden Praire, MN; three granddaughters, Madeline, Mirabelle and Muriel LaCoursiere; three brothers, Greg, Daniel and Robert Tobin; two sisters, MaryEllen (J. Robert) Fender and Alice (Tony) Tracy.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother Patrick (Patricia) Tobin.
