Arlet L. Lunn

Arlet Louise Lunn, 101, formerly of Ladd, passed away peacefully at Brookmont Health Care Center in Effort, Pennsylvania on April 25, 2023. 

Private graveside services will be held on a later date at Valley Memorial Park in Spring Valley. The Hurst Funeral Home in Ladd is assisting the family with arrangements.

Arlet was born on February 26, 1922 in Peru to Ralph and Rose (Pinter) Peters. She married her devoted husband Robert “Bobby” Lunn on September 15, 1946. Arlet and Bobby were blessed to have celebrated 57 years of loving marriage. 

Arlet and Bobby have one son, Barry Robert Lunn. Arlet was an exceptional and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She cared deeply for her family and was loved by her family and others that knew her.   

Arlet was a faithful member of Ladd Presbyterian Church.   

She is survived by her loving son, Barry (Madelon) Lunn of Saylorsburg, PA; three grandsons Matthew (Katie) Lunn, Michael (Carah) Lunn, and Timothy (Marissa) Lunn; and six great-grandchildren.

Arlet was predeceased by Bobby, her parents, one sister and one brother.
