Amy J. Rogel, 41, of Peru, passed away November 15, 2022 in OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
Private services will be held with Rev. Alex Garncarz, pastor of Zion United Church of Christ in Peru officiating. Burial will be in St. Vincent’s Cemetery in La Salle.
Amy was born in Peru on June 21, 1981 to Joseph and Ramona (Dergance) Rogel. She was an avid Chicago Cubs fan.
Amy is survived by her father Joseph Rogel of Peru; one son Parker Rogel of La Salle; brother Thomas “TJ” (Stacy) Rogel of Oglesby; sister Trisha (Ricky) Cranney of Texas; two nephews, Tanner and Aiden Rogel; three aunts, Mary (Rusty) Thies of Oglesby, Pat (John) Swift of Florida and Mary Beth (Dennis) Patterson of Germantown Hills; three uncles, Andy (Cindy) Dergance of Peru, John (Karen) Dergance of Spring Valley and Ed (Mary) Dergance of La Salle; and her dog Wrigley.
Amy was preceded in death by her mother Ramona “Mona” Rogel and her grandparents.
