Agripina Orozco

Agripina Orozco, 84, of La Salle, died December 2, 2018 in Illinois Valley Community Hospital in Peru.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 12:00 PM Saturday in St. Hyacinth’s Church in La Salle with Very Rev. Paul Carlson officiating.  Burial will follow in St. Hyacinth’s Cemetery in La Salle.  Visitation will be from 4 to 8:00 PM Friday in the Hurst Funeral Home in La Salle.  Additional visitation will be in the church on Saturday from 11:00 AM until time of services.

Mrs. Orozco was born in Jalisco, Mexico on June 22, 1934 to Rafael and Hermelinda (Delgado) Sanchez. She married Geronimo Orozco on February 19, 1955.  He died on November 21, 2017.

Mrs. Orozco is survived by three sons, Rafael, Ramon (Maria) and Elias Orozco; three daughters, Bertha Alicia (Angel) Escatel, Imelda (Amador) Delgado and Maria (Temo) Cuautle; 22 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren, and one sister Maria Sanchez.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents and two sons, Martin and Raul Orozco.
