Sidney Lippert Obituary
Sidney J. Lippert, 77, formerly of Henderson, IL and Bloomfield, IA., died April 8, 2018 in La Salle County Nursing Home in Ottawa.
Graveside services will be Saturday at 1:00 PM in I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Bloomfield, IA. The Hurst Funeral Home in La Salle, IL is assisting the family with arrangements.
Mr. Lippert was born in Bloomfield, IA on February 27, 1941 to John and Blanche (Whisler) Lippert. He married Jane Ann Hastings in 1963. He was a construction laborer.
Sidney is survived by three children Julie Willcoxson of Lawrenceburg, TN, Mitchell (Stephanie) Lippert of Peru, IL, and Shelly (Tom) Moore of Marseilles, IL; eight grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and one brother Jerry (Marcia) Lippert of Iowa City, IA.
He was preceded in death by his wife Jane Ann; three brothers Dwayne, Kenneth, and Larry Lippert; and one sister Donna Jacobs.
