Nancy L. Holsinger

Nancy Lee Holsinger, 82, of La Salle passed away September 13, 2018 in Heritage Healthcare in Peru.

Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Monday in the Hurst Funeral Home in La Sallle with Rev. Alex Garncarz officiating. Burial will follow in Peru City Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday in the funeral home from 10:00 AM until time of services.

Mrs. Holsinger was born in Peru July 5, 1936 to Walter and Clara (Gall) Holsinger. She worked at Woolworth’s and Dunkin Donuts. Mrs. Holsinger was an artist who enjoyed painting and drawing. She was a member of the Illinois Valley Art League and the Zion United Church of Christ in Peru.

Mrs. Holsinger is survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister Bonnie Ellerbrock, and three brothers Robert, Frank, and Walter Holsinger.
