Marilyn M. Liss

Marilyn M. Liss, 74, of Peru passed away July 9, 2018 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.

Graveside services will be 11:00 AM Saturday in St. Vincent’s Cemetery with Rev. Mark Nowakowski officiating. The Hurst Funeral Home in La Salle is assisting the family with arrangements.

Mrs. Liss was born in La Salle on November 21, 1943 to Stanley and Lorretta (Wojciechowski) Pieczynski. She attended St. Valentine’s Grade School, and she was a graduate of La Salle-Peru Township High School.

Marilyn was an avid Chicago Bears and Chicago Cubs fan. She also enjoyed watching Nascar on Sunday.

Mrs. Liss is survived by two sons Kevin (Amy) Pikul of Peru and Craig Pikul of La Salle, two grandsons Tristan Liss and Brock Pikul.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one son Michael Paul Liss on May 3, 2015.
