John Judge Obituary

John Judge, 55, of La Salle, died August 22, 2019 in his home surrounded by his family after an extended illness.  Per his wishes, cremation rites have been accorded.  

A Celebration of Life is being planned for a later date.  The Hurst Funeral Home in La Salle is assisting his family.

John was born in La Salle on March 13, 1964 to Dr. James E. and Alice (Sheedy) Judge.  He married Donna Passini on August 15, 2019.  He was an operator at Walmart Distribution Center and then worked at Herrcke Hardware Store in La Salle.

John was a member of Cedar Point Sportsman Club and Knights of Columbus Council #792.  He enjoyed baking, wood working, sky diving, and playing bags.

He is survived by his wife Donna of La Salle; one son, Jarrod Judge of Durango, CO; eight brothers and sisters, Dr. Dan (Maureen) Judge of Grand Haven, MI, Dr. Ed (Bonnie) Judge of Scottsdale, AZ, Dr. William L. (Colleen) Judge of Peru, Thomas (Patty) Judge of La Salle, Debbie (Bennie) Smith of Chesapeake, VA, Dr. Janet Judge of Scottsdale, AZ, Patrick (Vicki) Judge of La Salle and Cindy Judge of Scottsdale, AZ; his father-in-law Tom Passini of Dalzell, brother-in-law Jim (Jennifer) Passini of Malden, nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and nephews. 

John was preceded in death by his parents, one brother Jim Judge, one niece Allyson Rapp Judge, and one nephew Brendan Judge.
