Janice K. (Zera) Rigazio

Janice K. Rigazio, 79, of Oglesby, died October 26, 2018 in her home surrounded by her family. 

Mass of Christian burial will be 11:00 AM Saturday November 10, 2018 in Holy Family Church in Oglesby with the Very Rev. Gary Blake officiating. Burial will be in St. Vincent’s Cemetery at a later date. Visitation will be in the church Saturday from 9:30 AM until time of services. The Hurst Funeral Home in LaSalle is assisting her family.

Janice was born in LaSalle on March 15, 1939 to Ignatius and Margaret Ann (Farrell) Zera. Janice was a member of Holy Family Church in Oglesby and was an avid quilter and golfer.

She is survived by her husband Ronald “Rick” Rigazio of Oglesby, one daughter Debbie (Dr. Dennis) Burrows of Florence, SC. One son Michael (Sue) Jereb of Peru, one sister Margo Zera of LaSalle, seven grandchildren; Charissa (Luke) Ferrari, Jonathon (Lindsay) Jereb, Jordan Jereb, Anna Jereb, Kory (Ashley) Robinson, Shawn Robinson, and Lauren Burrows and Four great-grandchildren with one on the way.

In lieu of flowers, donations made be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
