Elizabeth “Lisa” Louise Murphy, 85, of Utica died peacefully May 21, 2017 in Manor Court in Peru.
Graveside services will be 11:00 AM Monday, May 29 in Dimond Grove Cemetery in Jacksonville, IL. The Hurst Funeral Home in La Salle is assisting the family with arrangements.
Mrs. Murphy was born in Quincy on July 15, 1931 to William and LaVonne (Harland) McClinthen. She was a retired CNA. She loved life and her family. She collected stuffed animals and porcelain dolls.
Mrs. Murphy is survived by three children Rusty (Scott) Taylor of North Bend, OR, Susy (Greg) Pennell of Utica, and Robert (Carol) Murphy of Jacksonville, IL, five grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Russell Murphy, two grandchildren Kevin Sheehan and Penny Pennell.
