Dorothy Fishburn Obituary

Dorothy Ann Fishburn, 88, of Ottawa passed away May 11, 2019 in Pleasant View Health Center, in Ottawa.

A private service was provided by the Hurst Funeral Home and burial was at Ottawa Avenue Cemetery.

Dorothy was born on March 22, 1931, in Ottawa to Edgar and Bessie (Flanery) Fishburn. She attended Ottawa High School and worked for Libby Owens Ford in Naplate.

Dorothy is survived by her nephew Mike (Mary Jean) Entwistle of La Salle; and a niece, Karen (Michael) Yerly of Elgin.

She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Wanda Entwistle and brother-in-law, Don Entwistle.

In lieu of flowers memorials are being directed to animal shelters in the area.
