Donald L. Hultgren

Donald L. Hultgren, 57, of Toluca, formerly of Wenona, passed away surrounded by his family on December 27, 2018 in Bromenn Medical Center in Bloomington.

Cremation rites have been accorded and there will not be any services. The Hurst Funeral Home in Wenona is assisting the family.

Don was born in Streator on September 28, 1961 to Charles and Betty (Stratton) Hultgren. He married Ellen Fluech on August 7, 1992. He was a semi driver then worked at Oak States Product in Wenona, and he retired from Vactor in Streator.

Don enjoyed fixing up his rental houses and going on cruises. He was a people person; he never met a stranger. He loved spending time with his grandson Keagan.

Don is survived by three children Michael Fluech of Toluca, Sara Livingston of Peru, and Alex Paulen of Toulca; his grandson Keagan Paulen; two sisters Deb Hultgren of Rutland and Carol (Mark) Reynolds of Wenona; two brothers Charles (Cindy) Hultgren of Fort Meyers, FL and Richard (Dawn) Hultgren of Jacksonville, NC; and nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
