Dolores Andrews Obituary

Dolores D. Andrews, 82, of Rutland, died July 9, 2019 in OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.

Cremation rites have been accorded. Private burial will be at a later date in Rutland Cemetery. The Hurst Funeral Home in Wenona is handling her arrangements.

Mrs. Andrews was born in Chicago on October 2, 1936 to Raymond S. and Virginia (Melser) Barkowski. She married Wilce Andrews and he died in 1993. Dolores was a homemaker and enjoyed her plants, flowers and cooking.

Mrs. Andrews is survived by one son Raymond (Connie) Barkowski of Rutland; one daughter Valerie (David) Long of Bloomington; two grandchildren, Paige and Cooper Long.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and one sister Rosemary Tella.
