Anna E. Lindenmier, 95, of Spring Valley, formerly of Dimmick Township died the morning of December 13, 2017 in St. Margaret’s Hospital, Spring Valley.
Funeral services will be 3:00 PM Saturday in the Hurst Funeral Home in La Salle with the Very Rev. Paul Carlson officiating. Visitation will be in the funeral home on Saturday from 1:00 PM until time of services. Burial will be at a later date in St. Vincent’s Cemetery in La Salle.
Mrs. Lindenmier was born in Sublette on September 2, 1922 to Johnston J. and Agnes (Schneider) Roulston. She married Francis R. Lindenmier on July 3, 1954. Anna was a farmer’s wife and worked at McDonald’s in Peru, Bullhead’s Restaurant in Lostant, and Care Inn Nursing Home in La Salle.
Mrs. Lindenmier is survived by one daughter Cindy (Jim) Jacobs of Granville; two sons Robert (Diane) Lindenmier of Warsaw, IN and John (Octavia) Lindenmier of La Salle; seven grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; and one sister Irene (Ed) Donovan of Mendota.
She was preceded in death by her husband Francis on November 17, 1999, two brothers John and George Roulston, and one sister Leona Roulston.
