Tami L. Puetz, 46, of Tonica died July 26, 2017 in OSF St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Ottawa.
Cremation rites have been accorded and burial of her ashes will be private at a later date in Fairview Cemetery in Tonica. The Hurst Funeral Home in Tonica is assisting the family with arrangements.
Tami was born in La Salle on August 11, 1970 to Ron and Martha (Kreiser) Samolitis. She married Dave Puetz on June 28, 1996. Tami worked for the Law Office of Peter Ferracuti in Ottawa.
She is survived by her husband Dave of Tonica, her father Ron Samolitis of Tonica, one sister Tricia (Mark) Salata of Streator, several nieces and nephews, and their four dogs.
Tami was preceded in death by her mother Martha.
