Selma G. Rosenberg

Selma G. Rosenberg, 94, of Peru, died May 7, 2017 in Heritage Health Care.

Graveside services will be in Jenkintown, Pennsylvania.  The Hurst Funeral Home in La Salle handled her arrangements.

Mrs. Rosenberg was born in Philadelphia, PA on May 29, 1922 to David and Jennie (Brodsky) Goldsmith.  She married Paul Rosenberg.  Mrs. Rosenberg enjoyed needlepoint, sewing, doing crossword puzzles and puzzle books. She loved taking bus trips to Atlantic City.

Mrs. Rosenberg is survived by one son, Marc (Ruth) Rosenberg of Virginia; daughter in law Sharon Rosenberg of Peru; grandmother to Deena(Ben) Hoogspanning of Albuquerque, NM, Dan and David Rosenberg, both of Virginia, David(Janine)Rosenberg of Medinah, IL , Kevin, Sam and Mike Rosenberg, all of Peru; great grandmother to Jacob and Elizabeth Rosenberg of Medinah, IL.

She was preceded in death by her husband and one son Saul Rosenberg.
