Cynthia Lynn Gross, 50, of Peru died on September 23, 2015 while being cared for at Heritage Health of Peru. She ascended to Heaven to be with the Lord.
Cremation rites have been accorded. Services are pending at the Hurst Funeral Home in LaSalle.
She was born on April 4, 1965 to Philip Rodney and Lila Fern (Rockwell) Gross. Because of Cyndy’s disabilities she was by their side continually. She lived at the North Western group-home known as Horizon House for five years. Cyndy’s mind is now at ease and her soul is finally at rest. Her sweet smiles and precious kisses will be greatly missed.
Cyndy is survived by two sisters Mary Ann (Gross) Tomaske of Montrose, CO and Sharon Sanders Kortus of LaSalle; many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother Wesley F. Tomaske; and a sister Alice (Gross) Knop.
